Tip of the Week

6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup onions, minced
1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
2 cans (13-3/4 ounce) chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk

Place all ingredients except milk in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Add milk and cook, covered, for another 30 minutes.
