1 shot Amaretto
1 shot peach schnapps
splash orange juice
4 shots sparkling mineral water
orange peel

In a cocktail shaker partially filled with ice, mix Amaretto, peach schnapps, and orange juice. Shake well. Pour mixture, including ice, into an old-fashioned glass and top off with sparkling water. Garnish with an orange twist.
