Tip of the Week

1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
4 Tbsp butter, melted
1 cup coconut, shredded
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 9" deep dish pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine sugar, flour and salt in a bowl. Add eggs, milk, butter, coconut and vanilla and stir until well blended. Pour into pie crust and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set.
