Tip of the Week

1 (3-5 pound) beef roast
1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
1 packet Good Seasons Italian Dressing
1 can beef broth
1/2 can water

Place roast in the crockpot. Combine Au Jus, Good Seasons mix, beef broth and water. Pour over roast.

Cover and cook on low power for 9-10 hours. Remove roast and slice or shred, then place meat on crusty sandwich rolls. Serve gravy in small bowls for dipping.
