1 box corn muffin mix
Place liver and garlic in a blender, mix until liquefied, then add the muffin mix. Press onto cookie sheet, until between 1/2" and 1" thick. Bake at the suggested time and temperature for muffin mix, until firm. Cut into bite sized pieces. Can be frozen and thawed as needed.
