July 30, 2010, Newsletter Issue #276: Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry

Tip of the Week

1 lb Sirloin Steak cut into thin strips
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
4 cups Broccoli, cleaned and chopped
1 Onion cut into small wedges
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Water
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce


Sprinkle garlic over beef and mix thoroughly.

In a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat, heat oil. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli and onion until crisp-tender.

Stir in soup, water, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Return beef to skillet and heat through.

Serve over rice.
