Do you have a recipe for a good vegetable tonic?

Natural Tonic

3 carrots (peeled)
1 orange (peeled)
1 apple (peeled)
1 beet (fresh or canned)
1 orange (peeled)

Place ingredients in a blender, and mix until well blended. Refrigerate until completely chilled. This tonic is used to boost your immune system. If it needs sweetening, add a tsp of honey.
