1 large Green Pepper, seeded & chopped
1 large Tomato, chopped
1 medium Onion, Chopped
2 Tbsp Margarine or Butter
2 cups Cooked Rice
1/3 cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Cook green pepper, tomato, and onion in hot margarine or butter until tender. Stir in cooked rice, water, salt, and pepper. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
