2 cups converted rice
2-1/2 cups Chicken broth
1-1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1-1/2 Tbsp Celery, chopped fine
1-1/2 Tbsp Red bell pepper, chopped fine
1-1/2 Tbsp onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp Onion powder
1/8 tsp Granulated garlic
1/8 tsp White pepper
1/8 tsp Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a covered baking dish. Mix well and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until rice is tender.
