1/2 cup Black Olives
1/2 cup Green Olives
1 Tbsp Capers
1-1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until a rough paste forms.
Spread on crusty french bread.
