1 cebolla picada
1-1/2 libra de carne molida, doradas y escurridas
6 papas en rodajas
1 lata de frijoles
1 lata de tomates guisados
2 cucharadas de harina
Sal, pimienta y ajo al gusto

Ponga la cebolla en el fondo del crockpot, agregar la carne molida cocida, las patatas en rodajas, y los frijoles. Mezclar la harina con el jugo de los tomates, revolviendo bien para disolver grumos. Añadir los tomates y la mezcla de harina. Espolvorear con los condimentos al gusto. Tape y cocine a temperatura baja durante 7 a 9 horas.
