Maíz buñuelos

1-1/2 tazas de maíz cocido
1 huevo
1 / 3 taza de leche
1 cucharadita de mantequilla derretida
1-1/2 tazas de harina
1-1/2 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
3 / 4 cucharadita de sal
Aceite para freír

Batir el huevo y luego añada el maíz, la leche y la mantequilla derretida. Mezcla de harina cernida, polvo de hornear y la sal, luego se combinan con la mezcla húmeda. Gota a cucharadas en el aceite caliente y cocine hasta que estén doradas, por 2 ó 3 minutos. Delicioso servido con mantequilla de miel.
