Crockpot Jambalaya

1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
2 tsp fresh thyme leaves, minced
2 tsp fresh oregano leaves, chopped
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 small link smoked sausage, chopped
2 boneless chicken breast halves, chopped
2 cups Beef broth
1/2 pound cooked, shelled, and cleaned shrimp
1 cup cooked rice

In slow cooker, combine all the ingredients except for the cooked shrimp & rice.

Cover & cook on low power for 9-10 hours. Turn slow cooker on high, add cooked shrimp & cooked rice. Cover; cook on high an additional 20- 30 minutes.
