3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups blueberries, cleaned and drained
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup flour
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream 3/4 cup sugar, egg and shortening together. Add the milk and vanilla and mix well.
Sift 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt together. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Gently fold in blueberries. Spread in a greased and floured 9 x 9" pan. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, 2/3 cup flour and the melted margarine. Sprinkle crumb topping over batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
