1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 (16 ounce) cans tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
Brown meat and onion in skillet; drain well. Transfer to a crock pot. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
