2 small red apples, quartered and thinly sliced
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cups thinly sliced celery
6 ounces mild Cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup mayonnaise
dash of salt
dash of pepper
lettuce
Place apples in a bowl; toss with lemon juice. Add celery and next 5 ingredients. Toss to coat. Serve on lettuce-lined plate.
