How do I make caramel corn?

Caramel Corn

15 cups popped popcorn
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.

Divide popcorn between 2 ungreased 13x9x2" baking pans. Cook brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking for 5 minutes; remove from heat. Stir in baking soda until foamy. Pour over popcorn, stirring until corn is well coated. Bake for one hour, uncovered, stirring every 15 minutes.
