4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
