How do I make saganaki?

Saganaki (Greek fried cheese)

1/3 pound Kefalotyri or Kasseri cheese
2 Tbsp butter
1 lemon
1 loaf crusty bread

Cut cheese into bite-sized cubes. Melt butter in skillet; add cheese. Fry on all sides until crusty and lightly browned. Squeeze lemon juice over cheese; serve with bread.
