Tip of the Week

1 cup butter, softened
1-1/2 cups sugar
2-1/2 cups flour
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp orange zest, grated
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup rum

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cream together butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour a tube pan.

Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
