Tip of the Week

6 ounces Vermont maple syrup
1 Tbsp Chili sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes. Best used for basting ribs, chicken, or pork tenderloin.
