January 23, 2009, Newsletter Issue #200: Grilling Fish Fillets

Tip of the Week

Fish is excellent on the grill, and very easy to do.
A sheet of aluminum foil with the sides folded up to create a shallow īpanī will hold your basting juices such as seasoned butter, olive oil or even bottled Italian dressing.
Cook the fish fillets on a medium/low heat, turning them over once or twice during cooking. When the fish falls apart, itīs done.
