Tip of the Week

5 pound Boneless Beef Roast
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup Barbecue Sauce
1 cup Water
1 Onion, chopped
2-1/2 tsp Vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Place meat in a roasting pan. Mix all ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and cook at 300 degrees for 5-6 hours, until meat flakes off into pieces and becomes part of the sauce. Serve on Kaiser rolls.
