4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
1-1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Jar Sliced Mushrooms, drain
1/3 cup Sliced Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Vegetable Oil
Brown chicken in oil for 2 minutes on each side. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
