Beef Vegetable Soup
6 cups beef broth
1 pound beef stew meat
2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
hot pepper sauce to taste
2 cups potato, diced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup frozen corn
2 cups canned stewed tomatoes
Cover meat with the broth. Add seasonings and simmer gently over low heat 1 hour. Add vegetables and simmer for an additional hour.
