1 small can of mushrooms
4 green onions, diced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 large tomatoes, cut in wedges
parmesan cheese to taste
1/3 cup oil
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Whisk together oil, vinegar, salt & pepper. Put mushrooms, onions, bacon & tomatoes in serving dish, and cover with dressing. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
