1 loaf frozen bread dough (white or sweet), thawed
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut or chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut bread dough into 24 small pieces. Combine sugars,
cinnamon, and coconut or nuts. Coat dough pieces with
butter, then roll in sugar mixture. Place in a greased Bundt pan.
Cover; let rise in warm place until doubled in size.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool one or two minutes;
loosen edges and carefully turn out onto serving
plate.
