3 cups Cooked White Rice
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Shredded Jack Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 tsp Chile Powder
8 ounces Canned Diced Green Chiles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix rice, sour cream, cheeses, chile powder, and chiles in an ungreased 2-quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
