3 pound rump roast
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup pepperoncini with 1/4 cup of the pepper juice
Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 8-9 hours on low. Delicious when served on crusty rolls with provolone cheese.
