1 (2 pound) package frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter, melted
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together all ingredients. Spread in a greased 9x13" baking pan. Sprinkle additional cheese on top if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
