1 (3 pound) pork shoulder roast
1 cup apple cider
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1-1/2 tsp five spice powder
6-8 kaiser rolls split and toasted
1-1/2 to 2 cups shredded Chinese Cabbage
Place roast in crockpot. In a small bowl combine apple cider, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and five spice powder; pour over roast. Cook on low heat setting for 10-12 hours or on high heat setting for 5-6 hours. Remove meat from crockpot; reserving juices. Remove meat from bone; discard bone. Using two forks, shred meat. Place meat on rolls, top with shredded Chinese Cabbage. Serve reserved juices in individual bowls for dipping.
